Robin is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Integrative Health Coach, and founder of Core Alchemy, a wellness practice grounded in the belief that true healing begins at the intersection of science, soul, and self-awareness. With nearly ten years of experience in functional nutrition, integrative, and holistic care, Robin offers personalized, bio-individual care that empowers clients to reclaim their health through root-cause healing, nutrition therapy, and compassionate wellness coaching. 

Her work blends evidence-based protocols with a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach, drawing from her deep love of culture, creativity, and embodied wellness. Robin specializes in supporting individuals dealing with hormone imbalances, autoimmune challenges, gut dysfunction, chronic conditions, and burnout, guiding them from confusion and fatigue to clarity and vitality. 

A lifelong learner and advocate for generational healing, Robin is also passionate about modeling a healthy relationship with food and body for the next generation.
